How often do you deliver to our community?
Typically, you receive 2-3 deliveries per day depending on the needs of the community and the acuity.

Do you provide IV medications?
Yes, we have a full infusion department in addition to a highly skilled IV nursing team.

Is your pharmacy available after hours for late admits or new orders that are not in our emergency kit?
Mercury Pharmacy Services has an on-call pharmacist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What kind of emergency kits do you utilize?
Our pharmacy provides automated emergency kits. This way you do not run out of medication for you e-kit. I addition, there are no messy exchange boxes.

What is the process to set up a new community?
Please call our sales department and we will set up a short list of items needed to set up your community or home. It typically can be done in less than 30 days. Larger communities usually require a 60 day set up period.
